Alex Labbé Clinched the E3 Spark Plugs Pole Award for XPN 250 at Autodrome Montmagny

Qualifying Results

Alex Labbé will lead the field to green in Sunday’s season-ending XPN 250 at Autodrome Montmagny after capturing the pole position in qualifying with a lap time of 17.436 seconds. Labbé also started from pole in last year’s finale at the 3/8-mile oval. His speed set the tone in a record-breaking session where nine drivers, including Labbé himself, bettered his track record from 2024.

Starting alongside Labbé on the front row will be defending champion Marc-Antoine Camirand, who lines up second in the No. 96 Paillé Racing Chevrolet. Donald Theetge, fastest in practice earlier in the day, will roll off third in the No. 80 Garoy Construction/Revêtements Vulcain Chevrolet. William Larue will start fourth in the No. 45 Larue Industrial Snow Blowers/XPN Chevrolet, with L.P. Dumoulin completing the top five in the No. 47 WeatherTech/Bellemare/Omnifab Dodge.

D.J. Kennington, who enters the finale second in the championship standings, will start from 13th. Andrew Ranger, currently third in points, will line up ninth in the No. 27 Paillé Racing Chevrolet.

“I’m really looking forward to the race tomorrow. We have an excellent car and made a few adjustments after practice. As soon as I went out in qualifying, I knew we had a lot of grip. This is our second consecutive pole here in two years. Tomorrow, we’ll try to lead as many laps as we can,” said Labbé.

The highly anticipated XPN 250 will take the green flag at 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday. Fans can catch all the action live on the REV TV YouTube channel and TVA Sports.
