Kennington Looks to Capitalize on Home Track Advantage

DJ Kennington, driver of the #17 Castrol EDGE Dodge, is set to take on a crucial doubleheader weekend in the NASCAR Canada Series as rounds 10 and 11 unfold this Saturday, September 13th, at Delaware Speedway near London, Ontario.

Kennington has an extraordinary history of success at the half-mile oval. The St. Thomas, Ontario native is a former Delaware track champion and has earned five victories in 12 NASCAR Canada Series appearances at the speedway. Even more impressively, he has finished in the top five in every single race at Delaware, a testament to his consistency and mastery of the track.

Currently sitting third in the overall championship standings, Kennington knows this weekend presents a golden opportunity to gain ground in the title fight. With two races being contested in one day, the points haul could prove pivotal in determining the 2025 champion.

Kennington and the #17 Castrol EDGE Dodge team will hit the track Saturday afternoon for the first of two 125-lap events, followed by a second 125-lap race in the evening under the lights.
