Donald Theetge Recorded the Fastest Time in Practice at the NAPA 300

Donald Theetge behind the No. 80 St-Hubert / UPS Store / Bet GRW Chevrolet went quickest in practice with a flying lap time of 13.005s at Edmonton International Raceway.

“We had a strong practice session, first again, just like in Riverside. The car is fast and feels good. The team did an excellent job getting us here,” said Theetge. “We’ll aim for the pole in qualifying, and I’m really happy with the car. With 300 laps in the race, patience will be key. We’re wishing for the win.” said Theetge.

With a lap time of 13.051s, Andrew Ranger set the second-fastest time in practice in the  No. 27 GM Paillé Chevrolet. Kevin Lacroix commanding the No. 74 Adaptive One Calipers / NAPA Racing Chevrolet posted the third-best time of the session.

Rounding out the top five are championship leader D.J. Kennington in the No. 17 Castrol Edge / Brimstone Games / CIM Metals Dodge and Jason Hathaway in the No. 3 Leland / Sangsin Brakes / Fast Eddie / HGC Chevrolet.

Qualifying for the NAPA 300 will take place at 4:50 p.m. MT.
