Paillé Course//Racing Ready to Set New Records in 2025

Paillé Course//Racing is gearing up for an ambitious and challenging 2025 season with one goal in mind: securing another NASCAR Canada Series’ championship. After a strong 2024 season, Marc-Antoine Camirand and Andrew Ranger are back with renewed determination, each aiming to leave their mark on Canadian motorsports history.

Marc-Antoine Camirand: Chasing a Historic Double

2024 NASCAR Canada Series champion Marc-Antoine Camirand is determined to accomplish what no driver has ever done in the series: win back-to-back titles. Already crowned in 2022 and 2024, he will be chasing a third championship at the wheel of the GM Paillé/Chevrolet Canada No. 96 Camaro, prepared at his own Camirand Performance shop. Since 2022, this team, led by crew chief Robin McCluskey, has established itself as a dominant force in the series, combining technical expertise and strategy to deliver top performances.

“After an exceptional 2024 season, we are doing everything we can to keep the momentum going and defend our title, but we know the competition will be fierce. No driver has ever won back-to-back championships in NASCAR Canada, and we fully intend to be the first to achieve this,” said Camirand.

Andrew Ranger Aiming for a Fourth Title

Three-time champion Andrew Ranger is also on a mission to capture his first NASCAR Canada title under the Paillé Course//Racing banner, which would tie him with Scott Steckly for the record of four career championships. Ranger, who secured three wins in 2024, will be back behind the wheel of his GM Paillé/Chevrolet Canada No. 27 Camaro, prepared for the second year by Innovation Autosport, the team owned by Mathieu Kingsbury, who will also compete as a driver in the NASCAR Canada Series in 2025.

Innovation Autosport, with the expertise of engineer Etienne Cliche, made a strong impression in its first season in 2024, quickly establishing itself as a top team in the series.

“We built a solid foundation last year, learned to work together, and showed that we can be fast and competitive. Now, the goal is clear: bring the championship home to Paillé Course//Racing,” said Ranger.

A Multi-Front Commitment

Beyond its involvement in NASCAR Canada, Paillé Course//Racing will continue its strong presence in dirt stock car racing with the ONE team. David Hébert returns to the Modified class, ready to defend his title at Autodrome Granby and compete on various tracks across Quebec, Ontario, and the United States. His daughter, Daphné Hébert, will continue her rise in the Sportsman category after an impressive 2024 season that showcased her talent. Additionally, Éric Coulombe will return to the Super Production Challenge, driving his Chevrolet Sonic in the Compact class, with the goal of capturing his first championship.

Jean-Claude Paillé, president of GM Paillé, emphasizes the values that drive the team. “Paillé Course//Racing is a family united by a passion for motorsports, and commitment to excellence and teamwork. We are fortunate to collaborate with drivers and teams who share these values and continuously push their limits to achieve new heights. We are also proud to support Quebec-based teams that are leaders in their respective disciplines, setting new standards of excellence and shining across Canada and even in the United States,” he said.

A Highly Anticipated Season Kickoff

The 2025 NASCAR Canada season will kick off on May 18 at the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, a track where both Marc-Antoine Camirand and Andrew Ranger have enjoyed great success. This opening race will set the stage for a championship campaign in which Paillé Course//Racing aims to solidify its status as a title contender.
