Donald Theetge in the No. 80 Groupe Theetge/Vulcain Chevrolet goes fastest in practice ahead of the Leland Industries 250 at Sutherland Automotive Speedway with a time of 15:003s.
“I think we have a good car today,” said Theetge. “We have worked hard since the big wreck in Antigonish, we all worked together to bring me a good car and we see the result. We are first right now but it is not over yet but it’s a good start. We are going to try to be aggressive to get on the pole to start the race and then we will see after that.”
Theetge’s only career win came at Sutherland Automotive Speedway in 2018.
Kevin Lacroix in the No. 74 Quick Strut/NAPA Racing Dodge had the second-fastest time in practice with a time of 15:029s, 0.026s behind Theetge.
Finishing practice with the third fastest time was Andrew Ranger in the No. 27 GM Paillé/Chevrolet, his time of 15:063s was 0.060s slower than the fastest time in practice.
