ALLREM Racing announces full-time Canada Series team with Steve Cote driving the No. 29

MONTRÉAL — ALLREM Racing proudly announces the launch of a full-time NASCAR Canada Series team, marking a significant milestone in its place into the world of motorsports.

Behind the wheel of the No. 29 car stands Montréal native Steve Cote, while his brother Jonathan Cote assumes the pivotal role of Crew Chief. The team is honored to unveil Evirum and the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship as primary partners, symbolizing a dynamic collaboration that transcends the traditional boundaries of racing.

ALLREM, the parent company of NASCAR Canada Series presenting partner Evirum, stands as a formidable entity in the waste management and recycling services sector across both Canada and the USA. Evirum’s notable entry into motorsports during the fall of 2023 marked a strategic alliance with NASCAR tracks, businesses, and companies, empowering their green transition through innovative waste and recycling initiatives.

“We are thrilled to sponsor the Cote brothers in the upcoming Nascar Canada Series,” said President of Evirum Maxime Blouin. “Our pride stems from Steve and Jonathan’s shared commitment to sustainability, making them ideal advocates for our mission to help NASCAR become a greener sport.

“We believe that we have a team to win it all this year… and we aim not only to lift the championship trophy, but also to set the new standard for eco-friendly motorsport racing in North America.”

Expressing collective excitement, Allan Boynton, Executive Vice President of Global Partnerships with ALLREM, remarked, “Collaborating with two passionate brothers who embody an unparalleled love for racing is an extraordinary experience. They are great Ambassadors of the ALLREM Racing family.

“Our partnerships with Evirum and BKFC, coupled with our expanding motorsports programs, now extend their reach across North America, precisely where we aspire to be.”

Jonathan Cote, a familiar face within the NASCAR Canada Series garage, brings a wealth of experience as a crew chief, having worked with many different esteemed drivers and now works alongside his brother Steve.

Reflecting on the forthcoming season, Jonathan expressed, “Launching the No. 29 car in Canada alongside my brother Steve is a special endeavor. We are gearing up for a championship pursuit, and having esteemed brands like Evirum and BKFC on board promises an exhilarating journey, attracting new fans to the track. It’s poised to be a remarkable year for ALLREM Racing.”

NASCAR General Manager Alan Labrosse commented, “NASCAR Canada is pleased to see the Allrem group enter a new full time race team in the 2024 Championship. Having Evirum as a presenting sponsor of our 2024 NASCAR Canada Series and now seeing them expand their sponsorship investments as the primary sponsor and founders of this new race team driven by the Cote Brothers, Jonathan and Steve, is exciting news for NASCAR fans across the country.

“As former NASCAR Sportsman Home track and Quebec Provincial Championship winners, we are anxious to see how this young, yet experienced brother’s duo mix things up with the existing teams. We are excited to see how more and more new teams are entering the fierce competition of the 2024 NASCAR Canada Series.”

The NASCAR Canada Series is set to kick off May 19th at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park in Bowmanville, Ontario.
