NASCAR Pinty’s Series Penalty Report – Post Ohsweken Speedway

The following penalties were issued in the NASCAR Pinty’s Series following Monday’s race at Ohsweken Speedway:

Team / Member	No. 20
Level	P2 (Infraction discovered during post-race inspection)
Infraction	20.E.12.1- Rear Coil Springs – Coil spring rubber inserts not to exceed two (2) full coils of the rear coil spring at any time, acceptable to NASCAR Officials, will be permitted
Penalty	Loss of six (6) NASCAR Pinty’s Series Championship Driver and six (6) Owner Points $1000 fine – Crew chief Jeff Lapcevich suspended from the NASCAR Pinty’s Series until fine is paid. NASCAR probation through Dec 31, 2023
