NASCAR Pinty’s Series Penalty – Post Autodrome Chaudière

NASCAR Pinty's Series Official Statement June 14, 2023

The following penalties were issued in the NASCAR Pinty’s Series following the race at Autodrome Chaudière:

Team / Member	No. 96
Level	P4 (Infraction discovered during post-race inspection)
Infraction	20.E.12.2- The front trailing arm mounts must be an equal distance when measured from the inside edge of the main frame rails to the centerline of the mounts on both the left side and the right side
Penalty	Loss of 18 NASCAR Pinty’s Series Championship Driver and Owner Points $2500 fine – Crew chief Robin McCluskey suspended from the NASCAR Pinty’s Series until fine is paid Crew chief Robin McCluskey suspended from the next NASCAR Pinty’s Series Championship points Event; Probation through Dec 31, 2023
