This Sunday the NASCAR Pinty’s Series will crown the 2022 champion at Delaware Speedway and close the book on what has been a dramatic season.
The thirteenth and final round of the year will surely be filled with hard racing action for all 250 laps around the 1/2-mile oval.
Last time at Delaware Speedway, the series raced a triple-header, with hometown boy, D.J. Kennington sweeping the first two. In the final race of the weekend, it was Andrew Ranger beating Kevin Lacroix to the line for the win.
Now with only one race remaining, Marc-Antoine Camirand holds a powerful lead over Lacroix, a 33-point gap. Camirand will have a straight shot to the crown on Sunday, while the rest of the drivers will settle out their final standings and battle for the win, one more time.
