PIT BOX: NASCAR Pinty’s Series Returns to the Streets of Toronto

After a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the NASCAR Pinty’s Series is set to take over the streets of downtown Toronto this Friday at Exhibition Place.

Twenty-five cars are entered for the Grand Prix of Toronto, the largest field at the track since 2016. Many road course stars are rejoining the field for the 35-lap event, including Alex Guenette, Daniel Bois, Matthew Scannell, Louis-Phillipe Montour and Ray Courtemanche Jr.

In 2019, Alex Tagliani dominated the race, fighting off Andrew Ranger, Marc-Antoine Camirand and L.P Dumoulin to claim his second win at the track.
