After a thrilling season that kept fans on the edge of their seats, the 2024 NASCAR Canada Series has officially crowned its champion. With 13 races completed, the battle for the championship came down to the wire, but in the end, it was Marc-Antoine Camirand who emerged victorious, securing his second consecutive title.

Marc-Antoine Camirand’s 2024 campaign was nothing short of impressive. With 4 wins, 9 top-five finishes, and 12 top-ten finishes, Camirand consistently proved himself as the man to beat. His remarkable total of 548 points reflects a season filled with skill, strategy, and consistency. 

Kevin Lacroix finished the season just 10 points shy of the title, with 538 points. Lacroix led the series with 6 race wins and a staggering 10 top-five finishes, showcasing his dominance in select events. His bold driving style kept the pressure on Camirand throughout the season, making for a nail-biting championship race.

Andrew Ranger rounded out the top three with 513 points. The seasoned veteran claimed 3 wins and 7 top-five finishes over the 13 races, solidifying his place as one of the top drivers in the series. Ranger’s consistency kept him in the fight for the podium throughout the season, a refreshing sight after a tough 2023 season. 

D.J. Kennington and L.P. Dumoulin, both veterans of the NASCAR Canada Series, finished fourth and fifth respectively in the championship standings. Kennington may not have secured a win in 2024, but his 5 top-five finishes and strong performances saw him end the season with 479 points. Dumoulin, meanwhile, recorded 7 top-five finishes, demonstrating his enduring competitive spirit and finishing the season with 461 points.

2024 also saw strong performances from up-and-coming talents like Thomas Nepveu, Will Larue, Maxime Gauvreau, Frédérick Ladouceur and Jostens Rookie of the Year contender Steve Coté.
