Jason Hathaway, driver of the #3 ASSA Abloy Chevrolet, delivered an impressive performance in rounds four and five of the NASCAR Canada Series at Riverside International Speedway in Antigonish, NS this past Saturday. Hathaway secured second place in both the Pro•Line 150 and the Choko 150, showcasing his skill and spirit at the track he loves.
From the onset of practice, Hathaway demonstrated remarkable speed, positioning himself as a strong contender. He lined up second for the Pro-Line 150, the first race of the day, and maintained a strong presence throughout. Despite pushing hard and looking for an opening, Hathaway ultimately secured a well-deserved second-place finish.
The excitement continued for the #3 ASSA Abloy Chevy driver in the Choko 150, where Hathaway’s children had the honor of waving the green flag, adding a special touch to the event. Once again, Hathaway positioned himself at the front of the field and ran strong throughout. On a late-race restart, he seized the top spot, thrilling fans in attendance. Despite a valiant effort, Hathaway was unable to hold off the competition and finished second on the podium.
